I just read this “interesting” article that frames up that if you eat food that most of the world considers healthy, you will end up with your poop in your blood.

Seriously. It goes on to say that eating grains will not only get your poop in your blood, but it will kill you: “Open door for autoimmunity and cancer”.
What the hell are we supposed to eat?
This website is dedicated to me, and hopefully you, complaining about eating, and it sucking.
I’ve gone from eating chili cheese fries by the gallon, to “body for life” to vegetarian to vegan to my current state of confusion. Nothing seems good enough, and when it does, something else comes along and blows it all up.
My food philosophy is simple, eating is something I love to do, I love everything about it. Cooking, creating, eating, over eating, sharing meals with friends, powering through a vat of chili and tortilla chips while on the couch watching football on a Sunday in fall. Where it gets complicated is when you research where food comes from. That’s when I get sad. Sad for the cows, pigs, chickens, and soft shelled crabs that (while tasty) should have to suffer and die, I’m sad for my belly that can’t (according the paleo folks) digest corn. I’m sad for my little girl who’s growing up in a house filled with so much confusion about some as simple as eating.
